80% Tempranillo – 15% Garnacha – 5% Graciano
12 months in French and American oak barrels.
This wine has a very particular Rioja Style. It is vigorous and vibrant.
It is made with grapes of the property´s vineyards of 30 years of age.
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in temperature controlled tanks during 20 days. Afterwards it is devated and approximately one week later we begin with the rackings.
Once the wine is finished, we do the coupages and the ageing of 12 months in French and American oak barrels starts. After 6 months in bottle, the process of maturation and refinig of the wine is completed.
Deep rubi red colour.
It has a balsamic aroma, complex and with notes of red fruit.
Creamy in its passage through the mouth, well structured and round, with a long and silky finish.
It is a wine that goes very well with ham, cured cheese, red meat and all kind of roast game or stews.
