We take care of every detail along the process of ageing of each wine, monitoring their evolution until they reach the optimal point for the qualities that identify and define them.

In accordance with their characteristics , the wines are aged in different types of barrels of French or American oak, allowing a harmonious and long lasting stabilisation.
