EL PEDIDO

A la hora de hacer su pedido usted se obliga a aceptar las presentes condiciones generales de venta y manifiesta ser mayor de edad así como tener la capacidad jurídica suficiente para contratar.

Los pasos para hacer un pedido son los siguientes:

  • Seleccione el producto que desea comprar y haga clic en “añadir al carrito”, repita esta operación con todos los productos que desee adquirir.
  • Cuando quiera proceder al pago haga clic en “ver carrito”.
  • Desde aquí puede hacer las modificaciones que desee en su cesta de la compra.

DISPONIBILIDAD DE PRODUCTOS

En caso de falta de disponibilidad de productos después de haberse grabado el pedido, nos comprometemos a informarle a la mayor brevedad e indicarle el nuevo plazo en el que recibirá su pedido. En este caso, tendrá la opción de cancelar su pedido reembolsándosele el importe abonado, por el mismo método que eligió para el pago, en un plazo de 14 días desde la solicitud de la cancelación, o bien podrá solicitar el cambio de su pedido mediante llamada telefónica al 686 944 243 (de lunes a viernes de 9:00h a 19:00h).

PAGO

DESISTIMIENTO
