100% White Garnacha
This grape variety is of long cycle and therefore we do the harvest at the end of September, when presenting optimum levels of maturity.
The must macerate with the skins for a few hours. After, it is pressed and taken to controlled temperature fermentation tanks for about 10 days.
When fermentation is finished, and after its first racking, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees for a minimum of 4 months. These fine lees allow the wine to adquire unctuosity and complexity in addition to improving its aromatic stabilization during the time in bottle.
This style of white wines stay long fresh and young, while maintaining all their character.
This wine displays a greenish colour with golden iridescences.
Floral and white fruit, apple and peach aromatic notes.
Fresh entry on the palate with a notable acidity and a long lingering aftertaste.
This wine is ideal to accompany your aperitif and it is a good pairing to all kind of seafood and fish.
