85% Tempranillo – 5% Garnacha – 5% Mazuelo – 5% Graciano
36 months in French and American oak barrel
Tasting Note:
High depth cherry red colour, intense and with hardly any sign of evolution.
On the nose very expressive, with liquorice, cinnamon and black pepper notes. Where the long ageing in barrel is barely noticeable thanks to its complexity and ripe fruit aromas concentration.
Fresh on the palate, with very pleasant and refined tannins. Well structured, easy to drink with a long lingering aftertaste with subtle balsamic remembrances. This wine is a good pairing to ham, semi cured cheese, not very spicy stews, legumes, poultry, red meat, roast meat or game casseroles.
