100% Tempranillo, aged for 20 months in French oak barrels made from extra fine grain wood. Aged in its own lees for 8 months. Tasting Note: An intensely deep cherry-red wine with barely any signs of ageing. Spicy on the nose, with hints of clove, cinnamon and mint. On the palate fresh, with very refined tannins and predominance of red fruit with cinnamon notes. Easy to drink, with a lingering finish that leaves reminiscences of exceptional balsamic notes. Ideal with ham, semi cured cheese, stews, legumes, poultry, red meat, grilled or roasted meat.
