Peñín returns once again with its highly commercial event, the XII Salón de las Estrellas, which will take place on June 17 , 2024, at the COAM (Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid)
Attending professionals will have the opportunity to taste a selection of the most competitive wines on the market, from 35 wineries, all rated 3, 4 or 5 stars in the Peñín Guide 2024.
This edition stands out for its geographical diversity, with 24 producing regions participating, including: Tarragona, Vino de Calidad de los Valles de Benavente, Vino de Calidad de la Sierra de Salamanca, VT Ribeiras do Morrazo, VT Val do Miño-Ourense, Alicante, Bierzo, Bizkaiko Txakolina, Condado de Huelva, Jumilla, La Mancha, Málaga y Sierras de Málaga, Manchuela, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, and of course Rioja.
It will be a journey through different types, productions, and varieties that will showcase the high competitiveness high competitiveness of Spanish wines Additionally, the new vintages of the wines tasted for the Peñin Guide 2025 will be unveiled.
As in the rest of Peñín’s events, the official glass of the salon will be from the Riedel brandprovided through Euroselección,its distributor in Spain and Pan de Olivoan artisan bakery located in Jaén, will offer the attending professionals the opportunity to taste their products.
This event is exclusively for professionals with purchasing power, press, influencers, and especially national distributors and the Horeca channel ; and Bodegas y Viñedos Alvarez Alfaro will not miss the opportunity to showcase our Rioja wines, which achieved outstanding results at the Peñín V Salón Selección in Málaga, this past April.
