2024 has been a year of unwavering dedication and hard work at Bodegas Álvarez Alfaro, both in the vineyard and in the winery . We have stayed true to our philosophy of crafting quality wines that reflect our passion and the soul of our land. This constant effort has been rewarded with significant accolades that fill us with pride. Our Selección de Familia was awarded with a Silver Medall at the prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards, one of the most demanding competitions in the wine world. This recognition highlights the excellence and passion we pour into every step of its creation, from the vineyard to its barrel aging.
On the white wines, Álvarez Alfaro Fermentado en Barrica y Garnacha Blanca Joven, have also shone in prominent national wine competitions, earning 91 points at the Guia Peñín´s Salón de las Estrellas , standing out as some of the best in their category.
This year also marked a special milestone with the launch of our new range of wines. This collection represents the evolution of our winery and our constant pursuit of innovation without losing our roots. Each bottle is a testament to our passion and commitment to wine lovers everywhere.
